Entry: Before entering, patrons will be temperature-checked and have access to a touchless sanitation station. Patrons will then be directed to their socially distanced seats with their parties by an event staff member. Masks are required for ticket entry and in high-contact areas.
Seating: Seats will be set in pods with your purchasing party, with distancing placed between parties.
Bar/Concessions: Bar and concessions will be available, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. Venue specific protocols will be in place based on local ordinances.
Sanitation: Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned liberally throughout the building and at each audience entrance/exit.
Signage: Prominent professional signage and floor markings will help all audience and personnel follow protocols.
Parking: Ample parking surrounds the conference center.
